| Hi Kim, I wanted to write you and tell you how happy I am with Ariel. She is such a sweetheart. I have birds that came from other places and they dont compare to yours. I have found out that with your birds you can hug and kiss them and they like it. My other ones are so scared when you hold them that they want to bite you. I still love them but its so nice to have one that you can carry on your shoulder and kiss and hug. Herbie I also bought from you. He is so sweet and what a personality! We watch him and just giggle at the things he does. I cant wait to come home to see my babies. After a long and stressful day I come home and play with my birds. That is the best! In the morning I sit and watch them take a bath and clean themselves and have my coffee. Then they let me know that they want to see there mama. So I take them out and give them treats. My day cant start any better than that. Thankyou for doing such a good job. Your birds have given me more than you will ever know. Love Sheila |

Thanks Kim I still can not begin to express how much I am head over heals in love with Cupid!!!!! He is my buddy I mean I love all of my birds but he is exceptionally special!!! I always have read and heard and even experienced how affectionate Cockatoo's are...but I am telling you...Cupid is equally affectionate and without the typical switch in moods as the cocaktoo's can be. He lets me hold him upside down on his back snuggled next to me for as long as I have time to do so. I spend time with my other birds too giving scratches...but it is not anywhere near the same. They like it for a short time and then they have had enough. I am thoroughly convinced that Cupid would stay cuddled with me 24 hours a day except to eat, drink and poop occassionally. I guess for the "loud" thing it is in the "ears of the beholder"...lol Chuck gets irritated during the loudest part of the day which is as soon as I walk in the door after work..and trust me it is not just Cupid, it is all of them. But..I just talk quiet and calmly to them and know that as soon as I attend to each one they will get quiet. I think part of it is a "mom" thing, just like with our children when they are young. Mom's can better "tune things out" I think! :) Are all Sun Conures like this????? Or is Cupid exceptionally friendly? Does it seem to make a large difference in the amount of time you spend with Sun Conures? Margie

| Kim,
I can not express the joy, fun, and yes, even mischievous “Trouble” and temper outbursts I get from: Julio-ertta – (fischer love bird), Yellow top – (love bird), Ozzy & Fozzy – (love birds (the silver back twins)), Anna Banana & PuffPuff - (doves)! The birds are my greatest joy because they really can’t do anything wrong and they are so loving. In my opinion, they are like they say dogs are! They will come to me anytime and love me unconditionally. I love all their individual sounds, whistles, and chirps they make! They also wait for me to come home from work. I enjoy talking to you and getting your advice also. I wish I had a bigger house because I would like a Blue Ring Neck also. Oh yes, they even managed to get along with Peter, my Quaker who always ruled the roost! Imagine that. Love ya! Peggy

| Hi Kim,
I was talking to Adela the other day at work and she said she had some good news for me. I asked what that could be and she told me about Sam. That he now has a new home with a little 12 year old girl. That is awesome!!! I just want to thank you very much for taking him into your home for as long as you did and found him a good home to go to. You don’t know how happy I am, knowing he is being well taken care of. Again, I just want to thank you for everything you did. You’re a great person for all you do. All your animals should be happy to have a mom like you to take care of them.
Thanks again, Shelly |
